0Grapher: Lol. Do I have to feel embarrassed because I want to watch that film now? :D
It's a special film no doubt, with some great laughs though the definitive Asterix films are
Asterix in Britain and
Asterix and the Big Fight Bear in mind these are pretty poor trailers, with some weird sound effects. There seems to be some mixup with the english dubbed versions as well. I've noticed that there are at least two english dubs for Asterix and the Big Fight, and imo the one featured in the trailer above is incredibly poor compared to the one that came with the VHS copy that I own. Not sure what's up with that :P
InfraSuperman: Absolutely not! That movie is awesome. Most of the Asterix films are great, but this one is quite special, because it's the only one that's not based on any of the comics (albeit still made by the original creators) and its humour is a lot more surreal and weird than pretty much any other story in the franchise.
It also contains the single funniest part of all the films for me : "Excuse me miss, I'm looking for permit no A38" The old man that gets increasingly annoyed thinking that they want to register a galley cracks me up each time XD
The only other part of an Asterix Film that comes close for me is the slippery floor in Asterix in Britain
