Do the GOG codes given by Amazon Prime have an expiration date? That is, how long can we use the code after receiving it from the site?
This question / problem has been solved by Lerouximage
Yes, they expire after a month or so.
They do have an expiration date. I have some unused codes from this past month. One of the more recent ones is Tomb Raider Underworld, released December 2nd. The code expires on Jan 25 2025

edit- so yes as mentioned in earlier reply, about a month

When I want to get the code on Amazon, it says an expiration time, for example 1 month. If I copy this code and use it after 2 months or whenever I want, will there be a problem?

I thought I had some unused codes that i could just give you as a test, but I forgot I cancelled my prime membership last week and can't access them.
Anyways as far as I can remember, amazon prime gaming will give you a gog code that you have to use by the expiration date(like in my tomb raider example). Once the code is used, you will probably get a few "click on all motorcycle images " type test and then the game will go into your gog games account

Open the game page on Prime Gaming, scroll down to FAQ, you'll find the answer at the first question: "Code must be redeemed by (date)."; if it's not claimed by said date, then, most likely it will not work.

First of all, thank you for your attention to my problem. Last week, my access to my e-mail address was cut off, naturally, my access to my GOG account was also cut off. I normally never keep the codes I bought from Amazon waiting, so I opened this topic. I sent an e-mail to the support team, but I think they will not respond before the expiration of these codes. I need to recover my account. If you have any suggestions, I would be happy to hear them, thank you.

A list found there might help regarding getting possible "critical" (meaning a game you really wanted to add to your gog account) expiration dates.

Thank you for this information. My primary goal now is to reach an official and recover my account. Is there a way you can help me?
In case you haven't noticed, there are two different expiration dates for GOG codes on Amazon. The one that Amazon tells you is the time you have to reveal the code on the Prime Gaming page and let Amazon register you redeemed it. After that date you won't have access to the Prime Gaming page with your code on it anymore. So it's a good idea to "redeem" codes on Amazon and copy them to somewhere else in order to keep them safe.

The other expiration date is GOG's own one. You'll only see that if you go to GOG's Redeem Code page, paste your key and press Continue. GOG will tell you the code's expiration date then and give you the option to redeem it. But you can still abort the process by pressing Cancel or closing the tab. That way you will learn about the second date, which is usually further away than the expiration date Amazon gives you. So if you haven't done so yet, check the codes on GOG's Redeem Code page. Maybe you have more time than you think.

(But if you try to redeem the codes after the expiration date that GOG gives you, they won't work anymore. And you can't rely on any consistent system like "a month later", you have to check every code individually. The time windows for redeeming the games can be anything from within weeks to within a year or two.)

I did exactly as you said, I copied all the codes to a file I created, I will check the expiration date on GOG. I would be very happy if you write something more detailed to check the expiration date.

What more details do you need? The link to GOG's Redeem Code page?
https://www.gog.com/redeem

Paste the individual codes here, click on Continue, but don't click on Redeem afterwards, just read the expiration date, copy it to your sheet and click Cancel.

That being said, if your games are among the ones listed above, I see TT_TT_TT_TT already mentioned the correct expiration dates for GOG, so no need to check those codes.

I need more details to avoid using the codes by mistake. Thank you for informing me. I also need to contact the moderators. Is there any way you can help me?

No, sorry. I told you everything about avoiding to use the codes by mistake above. And I don't have the contact of the moderators.

You misunderstood me. When you asked me why I needed more details, I replied that it was necessary to avoid making mistakes. I don't want more details, thank you.
