So I randomly have games in my basket.
First if was Cyberpunk for quite some time. Now it's life is strange complete edition.

Is my account compromised or are gog just using dirty tricks to make people buy something they didn't intent to?
That sounds like someone else is on your account OR you in your sleep are. First suspicion: others in the same household.

How can we, random people on a forum, answer this question?
Do you clear your browser on exit? If not, that is where I would start.
If you worry your account is at risk, clear your browser, change your password to a long one using different characters and not like any other one from other accounts. Then login again and do the two factor authentication. Any issues with any of that, or you still see it, then support ticket to Helpdesk.
And do check you didn’t accidentally click on something, don’t know what galaxy is like, but I had accidentally clicked on cyberpunk at some point and found it in my basket a week or two back. Just removed it.
Just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this.

It's just weird. I have the authenticator thingy where I get a code when logging in. I have authenticator on my mail.

Yet sometimes there's a game in my basket. Not bought or anything. It's like CD projekt red is sneaking games in my basket they'd hope I buy, cus no one else should be able to log into my account.

Cyberpunk is great don't remove it
I have issues with things staying IN my basket, never mind other games randomly being added. You could be accidentally adding them yourself, or someone else is doing so. Change password to something unique and see from there.

Also, I very much doubt GOG are adding things randomly, or it would be something brought up often. Saying that, it's also possible your account is experiencing some glitch, so giving support a bell might fix it if all else fails.

Thing is, I never added Cyberpunk or life is strange to my basket.

But must be a glitch, since no one else have noticed it.

Oh, you've played it? Because I was sure it didn't release yet.
I have that happen often when I'm using the mobile site and the page loading is lagging. The browser then tends to detect a tap on the "add to cart" button where I'm actually holding and dragging to scroll up or down.

It has happened to me on Steam. Sometimes devs just gives freebies.

Don’t feed the google/GOG spambot. It grows strong off those whose respond to its posts.

No, that is definately not it. Even if for some reason a game not even released yet was given for free you would need to manually add it.

It’s most likely accident.

First thing, change your password to something else. Secondly, hover over your username at the top of the webpage, click "Privacy & Settings" then Orders History, and that should tell you when games were bought and how (eg, "Paid with Paypal"). Maybe you can work back from there (either tracing someone in your house doing it or contact GOG support if someone else has done it).

They weren't purchased. Just some random games have ended up added to his shopping cart. *thumbs up*

Still, OP, I'd recommend changing your password to something fresh as well. And if there are other people in the house who could have been using your equipment, log out after you're finished for the day rather than staying logged in all the time.
