Breja: Don't forget Borg and Klingon Honor Guard. I never had a chance to play those, so even if they're not the best, to me they are the most important :D (along with Final Unity)

toxicTom: And Klingon! That's an FMV "adventure" with real actors (from the show!) where you have to make the right choices to be a proper Klingon. It's actually quite fun and you learn a lot about the Klingon way of life.
My boxed copy also includes a Klingon language program - I think it's for Win95 only, so doesn't work anymore.
I think the language program was for audio CD players.

Nope, as he said - the is the Klingon Language Studies application on one of the CDs, it's Windows program. :-) I have, even had it installed back in the day.

"24 minutes of honorable "power klingon" to use on your audio CD player" is what he says. And he is using a remote to play and rewind it throughout. But if you had it, then maybe I'm misunderstanding.

Maybe the Klingon speech is Redbook audio, would have to check, but that box is buried somewhere in the attic. But I'm sure it was meant to be used with the application which also teaches the writing.
