There's an 99-year-old granny who plays (or played - there's no guarantee she's still alive) Bomberman on the NES.

So unless you can find me a gamer whose age is in the three digits, I think that's probably the limit.

Edit: Well, fuck me sideways. There really is a triple-digit gamer.

Oh I'm sure it would, but I'm kinda selfish :) That is, I'd rather play something that I'd enjoy. Actually I don't think I would want to play anything. I'd rather watch Lord of the Rings over and over and hopefully croak at the departing ships scene of Return of the King.

There is actually a 70 y/o guy who plays AoE2. He has been inactive for sometime now but around a year and a half ago I recall him mentioning his grandkids didn't share his passion. Probably too high APM for them :D

I shall play MGS4 with my cybernetic hands on the glorious PS15 or Xboteen in my retirement.

There’s no age limit for any other medium like books, music, or movies. I see no reason why there should be one for games. Even board games are an adult activity now. The children have nothing left except for maybe Pokemon, and soon we’ll take that too.
