Wow, this is great! Thank you! :D
Hi,

I'm using the "Total Annihilation for linux" wine wrapper which was last updated 2 days ago and I can't get it to work. I've installed the game but when I try to run it I get: "Error: Sound system initialization failed."

Did you make sure to install all of Wine's dependencies (including recommended dependencies)? If you're using Ubuntu 18.04 or an Ubuntu 18.04-based distro like Mint 19 you could try installing my common dependencies meta-package and see if that resolves it

Thanks, and sorry for the late replay. I dunno what I was missing but I got it working after installing winehq-staging with the recommended packages.

As for what I'm using, I've been using ubuntu 18.04-based Elementary OS 5.0 since beta 1, it runs quite well on my AO1-431-C7LG notebook. I mostly use it for programming but I sometimes I like to play old classic games on it as well :)
All wrappers have been updated again. With this update it is now possible to have different paths for the wrapper files, installer files and build directory - they no longer all need to be in the same place, only the wrapper build script and resource archive needs to be together.

With the -respath= argument you can set a path to use when searching for the installer files - the build scripts will look for the installer files there first & if they cannot be found there (or if no path is specified) then it will try the current directory, the build directory and the directory containing the script.

With the -buildpath= argument you can change the path for building the wrapper in; the default is the current directory.

You can also use environment variables to set these (WINEWRAP_RESPATH and WINEWRAP_BUILDPATH), allowing e.g. default paths to be set in .profile or so.

In other news, another wrapper is now broken for the time being: the installers for Deus Ex and Deus Ex: Revision were updated but unfortunately Innoextract 1.7 cannot unpack them. So for now you'll need to contact support to ask for the old installers if you want to use those wrappers.

I've also got a bunch of new wrappers planned that I can't do until I'm able to unpack the installers :/

The good news is that the development version of innoextract 1.8 seems to handle them just fine.

All wrappers have been updated again; the framework now supports the font changes made with Proton 3.16-4 (and GOGWrap has now been configured to use it by default) & it's also now possible to change the wrapper directory names with "-dirname=".

In addition the wrappers for Deus Ex and System Shock: Enhanced Edition have been updated to use the new installers, and a wrapper is now available for Call of Juarez.

Yeah, that's what I've had to use in order to update the Deus Ex & System Shock EE wrappers & make the wrapper for Call of Juarez.
Hi, is there any wrapper for Lords of the Fallen? Really thanks for your work :)
Hey, can you try to make a dead space wine wrapper? :)
Would you mind making a Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness wrapper? I've been on a TR-binge lately. I know I should eventually learn how to make 32-bit WINE prefixes myself, but uhh,, yeah.

All wrappers have received another update. With this update retrieval of Lutris Wine builds has been improved & newer Lutris Wine versions can now be used, plus there have also been various other small tweaks/general improvements.

In addition, wrappers are now available for The Bureau and XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
Could you do a wrapper for Stronghold & Stronghold Crusader?

Wrappers are now available for Torchlight, Clive Barker's Undying, Warhammer 40k: Final Liberation, Warhammer 40k: Chaos Gate and Warhammer 40k: Rites of War.

Also all wrappers have received another small update.
