It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

adaliabooks: Have you got any new games since the manual sorting was implemented? I've just noticed I haven't implemented a system to add new games to the sort order and that breaks it.
Yep, I got a gift.

[edit] Actually I checked, it was added before I updated to the new version, so it should not cause a problem right?

No, if you got it after you first enabled the manual sort it will break it. Don't worry, just pushing the update now and it sorts it (plus it doesn't break the sorting order if you've already done one), so hopefully it might work for you :)

Edit: Update's live if you want to try it and let me know if it works now :)

I've redone that last update because I made a mess of it, I made it sort new games but not actually add them to the sort order (so they just got stuck on at the end and you couldn't move them)

Should be fixed now with this update.

adaliabooks: If you want to manually edit the import / export stuff it's not too hard. You only need to change the sortBy value for games you want to move, if you set it to decimals (so if you want to move it before the game at place 10 but don't want to renumber all the games after that just set it to 9.9 or something) then there's not that much work... and once you reimport it it will normalise the numbers back to whole numbers.
I haven't tried it myself, but it should work anyway.
That's actually pretty boss. Thanks for the tip. I'll try it next time.

Might be me being dumb, but how do I force an update of the script if I'm still on an older version?

Depends which browser and add on you use, but if you go into the userscript management there should be an option. It's right click on the script in GreaseMonkey and in TamperMonkey I think you select the script and then choose update from the drop down menu.

Found it in Firefox's convoluted addons menu... I really liked their older one..

So...

The manual sorting works now :-)
But there is a slight problem. When I enable manual sorting, it messes up the initial sorting (I have normally sorted by tags). I see now the last page first, then the first page, then third page and then the second page o.O
Of course I could manually sort this all, but since sorting with scrolling does not work it would be great if my normal sort order would be there before I start dragging the games around.

I had to zoom way out (CTRL and mouse whee down or -) to move games around across a long way. It was still a multi screens and time consuming... And I was only putting series in order and correcting alphabetical mistakes.

Yeah, the default sort when you first enable manual sort is a bit random and haphazard. I'll have to add sorting options properly so you can reset it to title order or purchase date order or whatever.
Or just fix it so it takes your current sorting order properly, that shouldn't actually be too difficult.

mrkgnao: Here is a link to get all the unbundled GOG games in JSON format (the field is called "unbundles_str"):

Thanks for this :)

Just implemented a bundleId finder which should hopefully see the rest of the missing boxes sorted in time. Might need to give it a few hours (though if everyone would scroll through their libraries to report the games that would help) before the boxes start appearing.

I'll probably need to implement a system of some sort for games with duplicate boxes so you can tell them apart. A title that shows up when you hover might be enough, or perhaps a label at the bottom of the box (like the 'New' one as opposed to the ones in the Default GoG view)
What does everyone think?

Thank you!

One thing I forgot to mention is that MaGog considers Arena and Dagerfall as part of a fictitious Morrowind bundle.

That shouldn't be a problem, it is basically true (other than the fact that you also get them with other games)
What do we think of this for the label's on bundled games?

I've been moving games around this afternoon, and I"m very pleased to report that export/import works flawlessly!
I also had none of the problems Moon mentions when I briefly toyed in Firefox last night, but I use the "All" setting.

I'm re-arranging my Library using SWare Iron though, as drag & scroll works there so things get done faster, and then import the new order into Firefox.

I'm still missing box covers for:

- Pathologic Classic HD
- Wasteland 2 Director's Cut

And I have a couple of questions:

(I) I'm currently using manual order. What happens if I switch to a different, GOG native order from the drop down "Sort By" menu? Do these still display correctly? And how do I go back to my manual order afterwards?

(II) Do I understand it correctly that any newly added games are added at the end, without messing with anything else in the Library?

And this was another subject I wanted to touch upon. But, emmm... no.
I've got an idea, but have to think about it and check a couple of things first, then talk it over with you.

Pathologic might be because the library ID and catalogue ID are different:
"library id" => [catalogue id, "name"]
"1444818876" => [1445852217, "pathologic classic hd"]

Wasteland 2 is unbundled.
