It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

paladin181: Wait, so themes are supposed to work? Because wood is the only theme that loads for me. I choose dark and get the wood theme, etc and figured they weren't implemented yet.
Do you mean from the GoG menu (that has Glass and Chrome etc.) or from the script pop up menu?

The script menu choice between dark and wood should work on the Legacy shelves... though I think there are still some bugs when you change pages and stuff that I haven't ironed out yet.

If that's not working then let me know (and what browser you're on) and I'll look into it too.

Yup. Checking it in the wrong place. Thanks for clarifying.

D'oh.

I figured it out!

So, I realised the one difference likely to be relevant between my list of games and everyone else's... is that all my games have legacy covers already.
And that if you sort by purchase order, the games with out covers are more likely to show first, and that the reporting function was therefore the most likely cause of issues.

So I temporarily deleted a game from my account off the Url list to test it, and guess what?
I got the same error!
And why?
I tried to use JQuery in code injected to the page (where there is no JQuery) and that's why the code was failing.
So just me being stupid as usual.
Also I've made a right mess of the server side code to update and maintain the list, so I'll sort that out too. But it should all be fixable.

I've also realised the much easier way to sort out the issues with the wood / dark shelf is to stop marking the individual games with the dark class and mark the outer container (which means when pages change and things like that it won't need to be updated or called again which means less chance for errors)
I'll try get that refactored too.

Still working on a better way to manage the extra games per page but that's a work in progress.

Right, new update is here.

I've quite big hopes for this one, but I've refactored quite a bit of stuff so there may be bugs.

I've redone the way the games are displayed, so hopefully display all should now work even for much larger libraries (if mrkgnao or someone else with a large library could test this I would be grateful).

I've changed the way the dark / wood effect is done so there should be no more mismatches.

I've (hopefully) fixed the issues with the legacyUrl list so I can start testing my server side of it and see if it does what it should before fully implementing it and hopefully getting rid of the blank boxes.

Some things may also run a bit smoother with any luck as I've removed the messier code around the styles and games per page stuff.

With any luck I haven't broken anything this time, but as usual let me know if you encounter bugs or errors.

Enjoy! :D

I think it works in theory. When I select that I want to have all games on one page, I see that the scroll bar gets longer and longer... and then my Firefox crashes. Seems like it can't handle it :D

Damn...

How many games in your library?

I know Hyper said it worked to about 600 with the old version.

adaliabooks:
Attempting to set to "all" crashes Firefox.

But worse, if I set "100" and "Lecacy", it loads the regular GOG library display. However, as soon as I click on some other link (e.g. Community) it switches to "Legacy" momentarily then moves to the new page. So the only way I can (briefly) display "Legacy" is by moving away from the Library page.

Yep, I have this too.

Setting to "all" for every mode (legacy, default, remix, etc) doesn't crash for me. However, I did lose all my legacy shelf images. Library 1224.

I did some more tests.
Firefox crashes for me only with the legacy mode. If I am using the gog default one, I can set the number of games to "all". But something is messed up there. The games that were in the standard setting on the last page (the one that was not full), are now shown after the first 100 games and not at the end.

Interesting... does that only happen for 100? Or for larger settings too?
Are there any errors accompanying this? Does it only happen with Legacy (do the other styles work)?

What if you change pages or sort order? Does that make the Legacy display work?

Even more intriguing... any errors? Do you have a script blocking plug in or something (I know Hyper needed to allow the site where the images come from for it to work).
I wonder if it works on Legacy for you because the images won't show...

Ok. Interesting. Probably the image loading is what causes the crash then...
I imagine that may be a sort order issue... if it's sorting the numbers as text then it might do 1 10 2 3, so if you have 10 or more pages of games it might screw up the order...

Set to "All" and "Purchase Date" did not crash Firefox, but it sure froze to the point I had to kill it in Task Manager (interestingly, it did not show as not responding there).
It did load the box art, but failed to load the shelf - those poor pretty box covers were hanging there in the air in front of that light grey background.

Setting to "100" and "Purchase Date" seemed to work as should, except when I started scrolling down, Firefox froze again.

And by "as should" I mean that the games on the few shelves I got to see seemed to be in the correct order, but can't comment on what happens further down or on later pages.

Even on 100? :/

Yes, but not immediately. The Library loads (shelf and box art, though it takes ages), but after a couple of scrolls of the mouse wheel, Firefox freezes.

I'll roll back to change "Sort By", then update again, and try to test it.
