It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Yeah, the option stay the same, as on default the "Downloader links" box was checked (in the Adalia Menu AND in every games box), but after i unchecked it it is unchecked in every game box all the time.

hmm, you mean that i deinstall grease monkey and then reinstall it with only adalia open?
Or what exactly do you mean with "profile"?

Just follow the instructions here to make a clean Firefox profile with default settings and no add ons, then install GreaseMonkey and the script to see if it works.

It's basically like a fresh install of Firefox but without having to affect your current set up or remove loads of add ons etc.
okay, thanks, i'll try that now and will then report here.
okay, now i'm here with a new profile, only thing installed is grease monkey and the Adalia script.
I changed the "downloader links" setting so that i can see if the classic download links work.
First i thought that would be the case, as i opened up Firefox multiple times and looked at Trails of Cold Steele and always got the classic downloader links without galaxy.
But on my first try i also looked at Gremlins Inc and still it was the Galaxy Downloader links.
On my second and third try i looked on some other games.
For instance on Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky 3 i also got the Galaxy Downloader Links, not the Classic ones.
But on the Witcher 3 GotY edition i got classic Downloader Links right of the start.
I also got to my Settings and disabled the chronic and cookies.
I don't think i did that on my original Profile (as i do not need to login again and again when i start firefox).

I really don't know what else i could do.

edit:
At least it did not change from firefox open up to firefox open up, but still there were some games which had at default the galaxy download link.

Does Gremlins give you the option for Classic Installers? I know there was some fuss about it being online only or something similar so perhaps no Classic Installer is offered because Galaxy is required.

As for the others I don't know... it does seem to be working more as intended mostly but not quite...

I don't really know what else to offer.
Yeah, there are Gremlins Offline Installer, i was also not sure, but i can click "Classic Installers" in the menu and get the classic installers without galaxy.

But as i said, not only did Gremlins Inc be always with galaxy installers, also other games, like Trails in the Sky 3 and some more got galaxy installers as default.
So there seems to be something else which keeps resetting this (for some games) back to Galaxy.

Well, seems there can't be anything done.
Thanks for all your help @ adaliabooks and also MarkoH01 .
If you have any more ideas (perhaps not now but in some weeks/months) let me know and i'll try them out.
Until then i need to be aware that i have to click extra in the Gametab Menu on classic installers and hope i don't forget it.

Yeah, I assumed there would be, it was just a thought.
Let me know if there are any other games that always default to Galaxy... I don't own either of those to check myself, but if I own any of the others I might be able to see if that's a common error in the script rather than something specific to you.

In face if anyone else following this thread owns either of those games and can check whether the installer options work correctly that would be great.

Sorry we couldn't solve it... I'll let you know if I think of anything else to try.
Yeah, i'll look up all "newer" games which could be by default Galaxy games.
Is it okay to do this in my "normal" Profile where it sometimes switches, or should i look this thing up
in the new profile?

Godfather101: hmm, i use the Firefox 54.0.1 and grease monkey 3.11 . [...]
Is this the 32bit or 64bit version? And what OS are you on?

No offence, but this is overkill. Adblock Plus or Adblock Ultimate should be more than enough.

I see that a new profile didn't make a difference, but did you try to make AF run first? On your User Scripts page, right click on AF and select "Execute first".

And if this doesn't make a difference either, would you be willing to try a completely fresh install of Firefox, or a different browser?

I would use the new profile, as that seems to be operating almost as intended so any discrepancies are more likely to be true bugs rather than some kind of weird conflict with your other addons.
On the Info Page it says "54.0.1 (32-Bit)".
OS is Win 7.

If that overkill would do any harm, i would agree, but as it doesn't hurt the websites i visit i think i'll keep it that way. ^^
and yeah, i did start AF first and then go to GoG, but that did not make any difference.

I could use another browser, but as i'm totally fine with Firefox until this point it would be a little much to go to a new browser
only to get this little thing working.
Of course if i do download again a Galaxy Version instead of the classic Installer that would be not so great, but this
is not THAT big of a problem that i would migrate to another browser OR deinstall and reinstall Firefox (and do all the addon, settings and such stuff again).

Its not perfect this way, i would love to have the classic installers as default, but its not a thing which, in my opinion, justifys a big change of browser or to do all the addons and settings again in firefox.
So, i did it with my old and my new profile.
The only "newer" Game which was affected by the default galaxy links on page 2-4 of my games library was The Witcher 3, the normal version, not the GotY version which i already changed to classic links.
The funny thing is, it SEEMS that, when i change it for some games, the browser remembers it and the next start of the browser it stays at the classic installers.
Its not perfect (and who knows what happens when any of these games gets updated), but at least it seems to stay at the classic installers. Not all (Trails 3 and Cold Steel seem to change, Trails 2 which is on page 2 of my Library stays at classic), but most of them.
On my normal Profil i got a change back to galaxy installers for Tyranny.
Besides that (and the Gremlins Inc Galaxy default) only the Trails in the Sky and Trails of Cold Steel seem to change when i restart my normal browser Profile.
Perhaps it has something to do with that they are on the first page of my library.

As i'm not inclined to buy anything new in the near future, i can'T say what will happen when a new game comes into my library.
If something changes there, i'll report here.

Thanks for all the help.

Godfather101: Still many problems ...
Just to rule out drealmer7's suggestion that all this is happening because you are German - let me reassure you that there is no need to move to another country since I am German too and it's working fine for me ;)

This really is starting to get interesting especially because you already tried so many things. If you really want to find out what the problem is you can always try to turn off as many possible error sources as possible. One thing you could try is to install a brand new firefox (it's possible to have multiple of them installed as long as you use different destination directorys). Another could be to temporarily turn off anti virus or firewall - maybe the script is just not allowed to do what it is supposed to do. This leads me to the UAC (Windows user control) many users still have turned on - it might also be possible that it works when this is tuned off. These are all just suggestions and they might help or they might not but finding the source of the problem in general is the first step to fix it - unfortunately as you can see it is also the hardest part in bugfixing.

I only suggested it as a troubleshooting step, i.e. to see if you get the same results on a different browser, not as a permanent switch.
