None of my Achivements for Phantom Doctrine show up on my Activity Feed.

It's not even listed amongst the games.

As it were, the activity can only be tracked if you use Galaxy.

No Galaxy, no game tracks.

That's happened to me a couple of times, but the games would reappear a few hours later (maybe a "syncronization" issue, since they disappeared right after playing them). The profile also doesn't show or list the games that you hide from your library. Can't help about the feed issue, though.
