I have noticed over the last week that people on my friends list unlocking achievements no longer show up on my Activity Feed. I still get the purple dot and the the purple messaging saying however many updates there are but it doesn't show who or what they have unlocked.
I asked a couple of people in chat and they have replied that it is the same for them.

I know a lot of you have no interest in achievements but I like to see what my friends are playing and if they unlock anything amusing or unusual.

I'm wondering if this is widespread?

Two reports, the first from January 11th.

I generally don't have profile and achievements and other in game features enabled but I just enabled profile to check and I can see the last achievement of friends on the activity feed was from 9 days ago. From the last days

By the way, does Nvidia Geforce Now have achievements on even though I have them off on GOG Galaxy? I am playing Witcher 3 GOTY through Nvidia Geforce Now and I can see an achievement of mine even though I have them turned off on Galaxy.

Yes, it does.

I've no idea about friends' achievements, but my own stopped showing up in the feed a few days ago. For some reason only the feed on the website is affected, not the one inside the client. Per-game lists of achievements aren't affected either, only the activity feed.

It does seem busted somewhat. As others have said, I can see the count of new notifications, but in reality it only shows a couple of events when opening Activity feed.

If anyone wants to try it out, let's be buddies and try to achieve some great achievement to see if it works now, as our profile gamecount seems to have returned back to normal.

Not only that, it seems that the percentages of users unlocking a given achievement (the ones shown next to each achievement) are no longer updated, so the statuses of the achievements remain stuck at Legendary, Common, etc. and no longer correspond to their difficulty.

Yep, can confirm that, unlocking legendary achievements won't update their unlock percentage on the game, even after weeks...

I asked support about it and they told me that it is a known issue and they are working on fixing the problem.

At least we know they are working on it:)

I just hope it doesn't take more months to fix these bugs, Italian bureaucracy is faster than GOG.

They can't really beat us, you know XD

I wonder if once it was fixed also the achievements will be synchronized that have been earned during the downtime.
