It's that guy from the french forum who was very angry at gog because the main forum isn't in french. He considers it should be because France has the atom bomb and now he hates us and he was banned. ironically, his own french is too bad to clarify much more than that. "C'est un [sould be une] façons [should be façon] de dire que je ne vous oublie [ambiguous : modern french negative would be ne vous oublie pas]", so, either he wants to tell us that he forgets us, or that he doesn't forget us, but we'll never know.

That plus other basic grammatical errors does make you wonder whether user actually spoke French at all or was just a teenager putting English into google translate...

Reminds me of a time when I was playing an online multiplayer game on a french server and one of the players' nicks was Connard le Barban :). I still find it funny to this day (perhaps a bit more than I should, but as a non-french speaker it sounds like a funny word play to me).

It's actually the protagonist of a series of novels by Pierre Pelot ("La bande à Conar"), a lovely parody of Conan.
