At one of biggest retailer from my country(Romania), you can pre-order Cyberpunk 2077, for pc it is 269ron(this mean around 65$), it will be a gog key and the game have data launch on 31.08.2019, see the screenshots:

These retailer dates are usually just placeholders and i wouldn't take them seriously, better to keep expectations low and count on a delay once it gets an official launch date.

@OP check for some other game without a confirmed release date and see if it's also 31.08.2019; if so, it's definitely a placeholder.

They let me buy the game, also I see at them Fallout 76 PC, preorder “B.E.T.A access” for 269 ron with launch date of 14.11.2018...I don't find Bordelands 3 though, if you know more games without confirmed date, I can search. Wake me up after you buy amazon.com, I trust you can do it.

The site is a legit retailer but the release dates are probably estimated ones.

If that's true, they should probably move that ES6 date back to 2022 or 2023.
