Will this game be realeased on GOG platform? I don't want to buy this game twice(both on steam and GOG).

Most likely not, game is being released by EA so it will have the Origin client as DRM. (Steam may only require

Steam client butt not 100% sure.

Games also requires an EA account for login which means the game will call home.

Yes, but you'll likely have to wait a couple years.
It won't. You need an Origin account by the looks of things, even on Steam.

Like DOOM Eternal needs a Bethesda account, this remaster will require you to have an EA/Origin account, no matter where you buy it (or if it ever comes to GOG).

For those that buys it on Steam it will only require an account at EA/Origin, not the Origin client itself. This will hinder the game to be released here.

EA, it’s our precioussss.

No, you will not ever be able to own this outside prostrating yourself before the golden feet of the beast. All hail hell on earth.

TL;DR; no, it’s the archenemy of the gamer, the root of all evil, EA.
EA killed Westood and raped C&C just to use the corpse of C&C as a string puppet 10 years later. They won't get my money for C&C even if it's DRM-free.

I'm going to say that it is highly unlikely at best to ever appear anywhere outside of the Origin ecosystem.

The raping started with Tiberian Twilight and continued with everything after that.

I still found C&C 3 and even Red Alert 3 highly enjoyable and still worthy of the C&C title even though they were made by EA.

Yep, if we are lucky and GOG still exists and is still DRM-Free .... never know your luck.

But don't count on it.

Currently.

But Bethesda have plenty of games here. And I ought to know, as I have all of them.

So Doom Eternal just might make it here eventually, without the account requirement.

I think it was all that mobile hype train
so they were pushing mobile agenda too far (you can see how clash of clans was profitable...)

I don't blame them for bringing C&C to mobile/tablet users, but they left PC users behind and that was unacceptable!

C&C 4 was disaster but i still had fun with 3 and Kane wrath, it was great mix between cool story , decent balance, and not too cringe (like C&Cgenerals are) , i enjoyed campaign.

They made few decent RTS games , like Battle for Middle Earth 1 2, but it is unfortunate that they don't do "similar copy paste lore" instead of licensing LOTR lore, game will be still playable and accesible.

Now it just ended in IP(licensing) hell :/
