Movies that look really good but have not seen yet: Southpaw, Inside Out, Black Mass, Star Wars, Bridge of Spies, Revenant, The Good Dinosaur, The Martian
I know nearly nothing about Black Mass, except it stars Johnny Depp, and I really want to see it.
Lame award: Jupiter Ascending
No idea how you can go from the Matrix to that. I mean J.J. stepped up, Watchowski's burn in an epic flaming disaster.
The movie no one wanted: In the Heart of the Sea.
Movies I refuse to see: Terminator Genisys, Magic Mike XXL, Furious 7
Just no. No idea why anyone would go to see Fast & Furious anymore, I mean they don't seem to even race cars anymore. More like some retarded oceans eleven heists, but with cars...
Movies that were just plain decent: Mad Max, Ant Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ex Machina, Mockingjay Part 2, Blackhat
Sorry, but I think I like Mad Max 2 and Bartertown better. Not that I have any issues with Fury Road. I liked Mockingjay because it didn't do what your expecting.

Easily- by the way of the Matrix sequels. No idea how you can go from the Matrix to that. I mean J.J. stepped up, Watchowski's burn in an epic flaming disaster.

Age of Ultron was not the worst thing Marvel made, but that's mostly a testament to how low the bar is set. Ant Man was surprisingly good. Nothing great, and like most Marvel movies it suffers from a bad case of the Lame Villain Syndrome, but it's still the only decent movie (other than Winter Soldier) Marvel made since the first Avengers. Mostly thanks to Micheal Douglas. Mockingjay is one of those things I refuse to watch. The first Hunger Games movie was so bad there is no way in hell I'm ever giving this franchise even a minute more of my life.

Havn't got anything against the Matrix sequels, it has interesting concepts and a lot of cool kung-fu action. Though it's more than a bit hamfisted at times. Ham is good.
Didn't think much of The Man from U.N.C.L.E though I was looking forward to it, a bit of a weak one from Guy Ritchie surprisingly, but I'm glad some people got the best out of it. Might like it more on a rewatch.
I thought about the same of the Hunger Games until I saw the third one, the focus changed from the smaller drama of the games to the war of the districts, it's really a nice chunk of pop culture.
Editing also seemed a bit rushed like it could've been better, I read it was a bit rushed in before Spectre.
Age of Ultron also seemed a bit rushed, but a rushed Joss Whedon is still pretty good.

Breja: If anything she made me miss Hunt's wife. Whatever happened to her? The series seems to have just forgotten her.
If I had to take a few guesses, maybe she's a bit too much of a desirable actress now, maybe she just didn't want to, maybe the script didn't write her in, maybe her schedule was busy. But I agree she should be the main girl in the movies. Editing also seemed a bit rushed like it could've been better, I read it was a bit rushed in before Spectre.

Of all the films I've seen, last year (sigh), I probably enjoyed Mad Max the most. Michael Bay had me worried that I was tired of over the top action in movies, but luckily Mad Max showed me that just wasn't true. Action just needs to be done right.
One film that I cannot decide whether or not it's any good, is Spectre. I enjoyed it immensely, but some of Bond's dialogue came across as incredibly weak. The main villain's motivation too I felt was pretty weak. Perhaps they accidentally set the bar too high with Skyfall :P Still, Spectre is way, waaaay ahead of Brosnan's 4th and final film, Die Another Day.

Good, goood! Let the hatred flow through you! >:D Two parts of the film that worked for me was the beginning, with the tense helicopter scene, and the first half minute or so of the escape scene (from the poorly lit room), before it degenerated into a surprisingly boring and overlong car chase.
As for
"The movie never actually seems sure what Spectre really is, and how powerfull it is."
I totally agree. After the tremendous build up over the course of the preceding films Spectre was a bit of a letdown.
Perhaps the single thing that annoyed me the most, was how the Bond girl's kidnapping was due to Bond's uncharacteristic negligence/stupidity. The film explicitly shows him taking note of the camera??

I have an impenetrable spectre barrier of awesomeness, not listening. :p
...Sicario looks interesting.
Seems it's directed by Prisoners director, which was great, Jake Gyllenhaal is such an interesting actor.

Much like the car chase, I thought the helicopter scene went on for too long, It definately did not measure up to the opening action sequences in Casino Royale and Skyfall. Also, the theme song sucked hard this time. It's like they tried to put everyone to sleep right after the big action opening. It just sucks the energy out of the movie and the audience.Matewis

Then I thought: perhaps it's not that it's the 4th theme, but rather that it's the last one for a particular Bond:
- Connery's last Bond film's theme song : Never Say Never Again
- Moore's last Bond film's theme song : A View to a Kill
- Dalton's last Bond film's theme song : A license to Kill
Never Say Never again plainly sucks, and A View to a Kill isn't exactly stellar either. However, A license to Kill is pretty damn amazing. So perhaps the longer an actor plays Bond the higher the likelihood that their last film's theme song will suck?

It's no sure yet if this was Craig's last bond. Would that mean the next one will have an even worse song? And I didn't like A License to Kill much. The song that is. The movie is great, easily my second favourite Bond movie. But the song didn't do much for me. I liked The Living Daylights song way better. - Connery's last Bond film's theme song : Never Say Never Again

Unless you're going to say you loved Fantastic Four I think we'll be all right :D

You can trash something I liked! How about Taken 3? That's an easy one, even I could trash it, despite having fun with it :D
