Randalator: Where does it say on her wiki page that she was a Nazi?
avatar
JMich: Right side, Allegiance
See my post above. You could write "Allegiance: Catholic Church" on any catholic priest's profile, but that doesn't make him a pedophile.

sunshinecorp: Being a pilot for the Luftwaffe doesn't make you a Nazi... sure... sure...
You know, I'm obviously going to ignore you from now on. So there's that.
So, grasping the concept of political doctrine and its difference from simple military service is too much for you? I should have guessed...

Sinchin: Greetings, GoGers!

I am desperately looking for a kind person, who can gift Quake 2 and 3 + Wolfenstein 3D and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Since I am living in Germany and these games are restricted to purchase here. The bosses just don't like swastikas. I will PayPal you in return, of course, maybe even with a small bonus for your inconvenience.

Kind regards

Sinchin
For buying restricted games, are you tried some VPN? For example this:

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
avatar
NuffCatnip: So...I´ve been doing it wrong the whole time then ?
avatar
CharlesGrey: Well, hey, whatever works for you. As long as no one complains about it...
...Well...as long as I don´t show up there ever again I should be fine.

... That's probably not the best example to use. ʕ•͡ᴥ•ʔ

sunshinecorp: Allegiance Nazi Germany
Service/branch Luftwaffe

In October 1944 she was promoted to the rank of captain and was assigned to the Überführungsgeschwader 1 (Ferry Squadron 1) based in Berlin-Staaken.

A Captain for the Nazi Luftwaffe. I don't know. Should I spell it out for you? :P
This article nicely shows what is wrong with wiki.

I don't know much about Beathe Use's political points of view, but she still lived 56 years after the end of WWII and the page concentrates on her flying for the Luftwaffe. Businesswoman is just "other work". But damn, Nazi Germany is so fascinating, right? Drowns out everything else...

I'm sorry, is this the thread for Nazi apologizers? Yes, if you're part of something like the fucking Nazis during the fucking WWII, that's the ONLY thing people should be concentrating on. And no, it's not just "military service" when you're serving a monster set on global domination. And no, it's not OK to be a "ferry" pilot. It's not even OK to be a Nazi cook. Let the fuckers starve. The minute she accepted that sweet Luftwaffe job, she took a side. She was fucking Nazi, period. She and her ilk have no right to be remember for anything else other than that.

tinyE: A sad German?

You mean a Sauerkraut?

*RIMSHOT*

NuffCatnip: That would be a mad german. :P
A sad german is a Trauerkraut obviously.
No a Trouserkraut is a German ferret.

Don´t worry it´s not inappropriate. ^^

Trouserkraut sounds very mushy and yucky if I´m honest. xD

Well, I'm afraid that's not what it's like. Most people know her for her sex shops. Barely anyone knows that she was a pilot, too. Nürnberg didn't seem to care much, too. Sorry.

Wobei "mushy" und "yucky", besonders in Verbindung, auch sehr lustig klingt hahahahaha! :D

Randalator: Yes, because she was a German in Nazi Germany and a pilot for the Luftwaffe. Big fucking deal. That doesn't automatically make you a Nazi. She was a pilot for the aircraft ferry unit, that's essentially a taxi service for planes.

Also being a member of a military unit isn't the same as being a sunscriber to a political doctrine. Just as any US soldier doesn't necessarily agree with US politics. Unless you believe everything to be black and white with no gray, of course.

Sadly, the world isn't though...

The Luftwaffe was just an army, and not everyone serving in the army was a Nazi. You're a Nazi if you support the Nazi doctrine, not just by being in the army. The only branch of the military of which you can say most everyone in there was a Nazi is the SS.

With your kind of labelling, you'd proclaim the overwhelming majority of Germans who used to live in Germany during Hitler's regime a Nazi. Guilt by association isn't proof of guilt.
