I finally did it too, but Ubisoft servers were down for a coupple hours, if you read the reddit customers were really angry...because they couln't play the DRM.games they had paid for ahah

Looks like next week is gonna be an interesting one regarding the Epic Games Store - RAGE 2 and Absolute Drift: Zen Edition will both be free. Both games are not on here so personally I'm really excited to grab them.

This week's free game is Halcyon 6. It doesn't look like something that'd really interest me so I'm skipping this one.

I don't think RAGE is my thing, but AD has interesting minimalist estethics and nice music...
Indie Gala is giving Syberia, I have it on GOG but I wonder if they are giving the English audio installer only, as when I tried to play Ceville I was disappointed to find out it didn't have German as on GOG.

When you claim the game in your account it is available to download as an installer, so I'd say it is clean. Other freebies they offer use to be Steam keys only.

It's a DRM-free installer and multilanguage, but Windows only - no Mac, no Linux versions.

That last has now proved to be the case for me, as I am fed up with how slow their downloads have been lately ... averaging around 200 kb/s or less. So I opted out of emails for their newsletter ... and hopefully any others, and are just gonna forget they, GGOTD, even exist now ... they have become too much trouble along with too much work, and free is really only free if there is no penalty.

Syberia II free in indigala is the windows, english only installer, again. I'll take it's their modus operandi. GOG offers 7 languages, and mac installers for 5 of them, and plenty of extras, so it's still worthy buying here if you get the freebie if you care for these. The silly thing is the Japanese version does not seem to have a voice pack, but maybe that can be patched/fixed adding another language audio.

Meh, Sunless Sea, had already been given on GOG (with a minimum amount of purchases maybe) . I'm really bad at it, I just keep dying with low carburant, food or attacked by monsters towards the beginning. I wish it had an easy mode because it's pretty.

I already have a full library and I do not take ALL the games given.
