My point of Reddit not being a competitor to GOG is not a good point? Reddit doesn't even sell games. You do realize that GOG is a game store?

Also, I looked at your linked thread again. Are you talking about Big Fish Games? Do you consider them a competitor to GOG? Big Fish doesn't even get its own individual store info slot on PCGamingWiki. They're not even mentioned on IsThereAnyDeal. Not even GOG considers Big Fish a competitor to GOG.

PCGW is not the arbiter of everything in the universe. They don't cover all games from platforms like Kartridge, JAST and Indiegala, which consist of some games I could also find in other major platforms. They don't have everything on that site. Your argument here is pointless.

Recently I missed out on a starred game from the community giveaway for kingdom come deliverance. The more I looked into it the more interesting it seemed to me.

Are there any sites left that give out halfway decent games besides Epic? What do you suppose the likelihood might be that someone will give out KCD? Isthereanydeal says that it's currently selling at it's lowest point on every platform for $8 for the complete version and that a KCD 2 is set to release this year. Maybe Epic would give out copies soon to raise interest in #2?

I used to regularly check the ZOOM Platform store, but mostly stopped doing that a good while ago, because most of the prices just put me off.

Anyway, I finally got around to do a proper check there, and discovered that they had added two new free permanent games, though both are also here.

Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Ragnarok
Wolfenstein Enemy Territory

But this post is not really about them.

What I also discovered, by working through all the NEWS pages there looking for Update notifications, was that many of the games I own at ZP, when checked, have had free soundtracks or music added. A good number of them are or were free games.

i.e. Postal 1, Postal III, Shadow Warrior, Advent Rising, Killing Time, Duke Nukem 3D - Atomic Edition, etc.

I forgot to mention last post, that many of the games I have at ZOOM Platform, have now also had a MAC and or Linux version added.

I have 38 games at ZP, ... 22 of those I got for free.

I'd like to buy more there, but they are just too expensive most of the time, especially as can be seen with any same games also available at GOG and cheaper at GOG.

Anyway, for those who haven't checked them out yet, they are a DRM-Free store, and they have a dozen or so free games, some of which are not at GOG or not free at GOG.
