BlueMooner: It's a beautiful game... I've watched several people do LPs of it.
The screenshots are beautiful, it's a chance to listen to some Polish too, as for LP I think I'll watch some Loop Hero playthroughs because I'm really bad at it! My hero keeps dying sigh
I had just bought Loop Hero on GOG last week and was kicking myself a bit since I wasn't expecting it to pop up free this quickly.

Having sank maybe 6-8 hours into Loop Hero, I do have to say that if I had gotten it free I probably would have quit after the first two hours. It was only the fact that I'd just dropped $9 for it that made me more invested to sort out what I was missing - playing more but also going outside the game to do some research.

There is some good design there, but it's hidden behind a pretty rough user interface even for some pretty basic gameplay details. Some things have mouseover and some don't - and because almost everything in the game involves some trade-off, it can be really hard to tell what should be a top priority and what should be cast aside, or even just the simple reality that you shouldn't play every card and that you want them to pile up and discard wasn't clear, at least to me.

It's easily possible to clear Act I and have no idea what you really need to be focusing on to actually make headway. I think it is rewarding and good play, but I think you do really have to make a time commitment to reach that point where the game's complexities are even visible, much less sorting out how you want to strategize in light of them.

Mmm, I am enjoying my time with it, I still can't beat the Lynch but now I have unlocked Villages and a few firecamp places. I still could not damage the Lynch at all, next run I'll run away XD
This last run was a mess because I had Swamps and healing effects on me and that killed me quickly. It's cool to learn the various good or bad synergies, while waiting for decent loot. I think I could sink many hours in this game.

next EPIC freebies have been leaked, nothing for me if true

23.12.: Vampyr

24.12.: Pathfinder Kingmaker

25.12.: Prey

Looking on the bright side, GOG's version should be superior than Epic and Steam's versions, since it includes Linux and Mac builds (Epic doesn't) and it is far more likely to be DRM free for the foreseeable future (both Epic and Steam's version could get DRM'd in a future update, if they aren't already).

Vampyr is indeed today's, so the source appears solid.

yep, they already got Mutant Year Zero right at least, but on the wrong day, so I was quite confident while posting. But still no Humankind, that had been initially predicted for the 22nd.

All 3 look great to me, especially vampyr. However I'm waiting for Epic to get the balls to give conan exile. They teased us by offering it in the past, then pulled it back.so nobody could grab it. I want to get my hands on a game with a customizable dong, and it hurts not having it in my inventory.
Lol Control again? We already got it free there and here on GOG, like, this very month?

I don't think it was free on gog this month.
It was not free, some users gave away their Amazon Prime keys for Control GOG version here and on Steam forums, that's all. However I might be wrong, who knows.

I only checked now and got 1,27 € coupon.
With it I got those LEAVES games that Deadalic does not bother to put here on GOG...
And another little game for the giveaway

World of Guns has a promo code for a free bundle of them to the first 999 people to use it but the catch is that it's on steam.
If you like seeing how they work or 3d jigsaw puzzles this is for you.
