HypersomniacLive: Is the part I highlighted meant as "fully offline installers that will not depend on any kind of network or client connection" and "single player experiences that will not depend on any kind of network or client connection", or "fully offline installers" and "single player experiences that will not depend on any kind of network or client connection"?
First one. Neither the installers nor the games will require network or client connection for single player. They may use either of those for various features if available, but they won't require them.
HypersomniacLive: Does "the site" refer to other parts of GOG's site, or does it also include the forum?
I think it's little bit of a, little bit of b. Not sure of all their plans yet, but we'll see how it goes.
HypersomniacLive: Feedback on what exactly pertaining to moderation? Did the topic come up only for GOG to get feedback, or did they share any ideas/plans as to how to improve forum moderation, but you're bind by the NDA and can't say anything more?
Mostly feedback. But when feedback also contains "What would you like to see more/less of", then it also contains sharing of ideas and plans. I don't think they told us any of their plans, but we did give them our opinions on how it is so far.
HypersomniacLive: Are the shit and questions, and how you asked them, also covered by the NDA, or can you freely share?
Others already covered this.
HypersomniacLive: Is this your impression, or was that explicitly stated and there's an actual plan as to how they'll do it?
Mostly our impression. We are still waiting for a few things to see how that's handled.
HypersomniacLive: If I may ask, you know them by name because they told you themselves, or did GOG share with you who else was invited but didn't/couldn't/etc. attend?
Bit of both. 4 of the people we know have already said they got an invite in this thread, 1 other is no longer posting in the forum from what I recall, and there's at least one more that hasn't said anything. Shame we couldn't meet them, but it was a short notice after all.
No, I'm not naming names.
Pre-post edit: As you can see, even among ourselves there is a difference in understanding. Thus why the open discussion, because memory is faulty, and understanding may be as well.
