Hi,
I recently built a PC and begun gaming again.
I came across GOG and created an account (this one) and bought an old game which downloaded fine.
I then bought a couple of games recently (Crysis 1 & 2) diectly from an email GOG sent, but using my phone.
Anyway long story short, it appears that teh order when to a different account Barry_Rankin, which I don't recall creating. Now I can not seem to access this account from my PC as it defaults always to the account I am posting on now.

Needless to say, Support has been less than helpful.

Perhaps you know a way I can access the account where the Crysis games are?

Thanks,
Barry

If you bought Crysis 2 here that's quite remarkable, since it's not sold on GOG.

If you bought the games you should have an email receipt with date of purchase and order ID. Did you show those to GOG Support?

he might be referring to crysis warhead.
It's a long shot, but did you try to log in using Facebook instead of your email address? Perhaps your phone used that way of logging in for some inexplicable reason.

Try again.
At least you can get a refund.

This is what I expected but did not happen. No idea why.

Bingo!
Apparently this is what happened according to support. User names with the underscore are typical FB accounts.
