Why no special edition ?? I want my money back ...
Without game title, you can hardly get special edition.
EDIT: Or money.

Yeah, I would love to see Half Life SE come here too
At least it's not another Gwent thread.
Blame yourself, if your parents are not in the mood to make a second version of you, after they nursed you for the last 20 years.
I believe you have to have avatar set first. Also your playtime isn't impressive at all..
Btw, how much money do you need? ; )
I don´t think the Special Edition will give you your money back. Better wait for GOTY Edition.

EDIT: :)

Wonder if that's happened, a bit like some cruel parents name the child "jnr", perhaps some parents are so gaming obsessed they got children called "John", "John Special Edition" and "John COTY Edition" (perhaps if they turn out to be a bit simple they'd change the name to "John Limited Edition").

After all, some parents named their kids Dovahkiin.

And I want the last 10 years back.

But your question 'Why no special edition' is easy to answer: without game, no special edition.
Just as an aside, I noticed that the player seems to have been playing Battletech recently. I went to see if maybe one of the games in that series had reached the 20 year milestone. I was thinking maybe that was the game the poster was referencing.

BattleTech: The Crescent Hawk's Inception was released 30 years ago this year.

edit: Link broken since the forum ate it.

reedit: But heck, we'll never know. Doubt the poster will return and fix their error.

I want the 8 seconds back that it took me to click on this thread and read the meaningless first post, but I'm not getting that either.
Unreal had its 20th anniversary a couple days ago, but I'd say "Unreal Gold" is already a special edition of sorts.

Maybe a more important question: why did you not read the description on the game card before buying that game?

That said, if you discovered your error and have not yet downloaded the game, you may ask Support for a refund. Maybe they'll do that, and maybe not.
Send me your bank account details and password. I'll make sure the money gets transferred...
