HahaHA Shadowrun Dragonfall is about to enter the flash sales. Did you see it? In about half an hour. I thought I would just buy This War Of Mine because that was quite the price but I needed something current to play on my stream. Now that I see Dragonfall for the first time during the sale I will definitely leave some more money with GoG. You guys did it again! Bra-vo!

FlamingFirewire: Out of these four bundles (regardless of price differences) which would you say has the better games/value?

- Sim & Prosper (don't own any of the games)
- Telltale's Sam & Max (don't own the second or third seasons)
- Deponia Trilogy (don't own Deponia 2 or 3)
- Best of Bullfrog (don't own Dungeon Keeper 2 or Theme Hospital)
Id say grab the Sim bundle. If you like city management. Also seeing that all games in it will be new to you you get the most bang for the buck and all the games are good.

roelibex: Well... I just have zero interest in the capitalism games and dont see any point in playing the older version of simcity. Also 10usd is more than i can allow myself to pay for a game right now (being jobless for a couple of months now)

madeaj: Oh, sorry to hear about the jobless thing. Been there before. Good luck with your job search. Did you check the gifting thread to see if anyone was gifting SC4?
No i will not be using that thread, i wont beg for free games. I just wondered if someone got the bundle so i could buy only simcity 4 at 80% off through him/her. This has been done in previous sales.
So can anyone speak to Bionic Dues? Worth an impulse buy? I love the one screen that looks like you can actually tweak individual weapons and systems with multiple pieces of loot, but the rest of it looks a bit abstract. I see very little turn based combat and a lot of little icons and black squares.

Anyone have experience with this one?

Bionic Dues can be fun, but the main gameplay is basically all grid-based. The mech customization is pretty extensive and you get new parts with every completed battle. The game can be difficult as the player has to beat the computer within 50 turns/battles or it's game over. But with the promo price, I think it would be worth it!

SirPrimalform: Hmm, so is the promo showing up as "$10.09" everywhere? I assumed it was very slight regional pricing.
The promo price is $10.17 for me. As I said, this hapens because of an error in the discount. Rather than discounting 75%, it discounts 74% for Napoleonic Wars DLC and Fire and Sword and as a result, there is some apparent pricing increase. There is no regional pricing, because the base price for those games is the same ($9.99).
Twice now Undying has come up and I'm going to miss it. :( I tried buying it the first time only to get the big Paypal rejection message of doom, tried to pay with my card and was met with the same (which is strange, since I had no problem with it when I purchased from another overseas company). It's almost as if the universe is trying to tell me not to buy games or something, especially awesome ones with stories by Clive Barker.
Great sale, thank you guys! Now if only STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl was 80% discount...I've been waiting for that price to drop.
Empire Earth for 1 dollar! Wow, I was curious about getting this highly rated title before and I have no excuse now. Nice sale GOG.
Hi GOG staff,

I just wanted to say a big *THANK YOU* for your intelligent bundle design!

As I had a couple of the titles in the D&D bundle, I thought I'd have to either miss out on the 80% or repurchase and gift the duplicates. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bundles took my existing games into account and adjusted cost accordingly.

Well thought out, thanks again.

ow thats bad.... did you try other means?
try paysafecard(s) as a backup

i got this from their site:

You don't have to enter any personal information or bank account or credit card details. Your privacy remains completely protected at all times with paysafecard!

i used it for european countries transactions , so far so good, havent got any trouble yet.
i use it for mostly for GOG , some casual games (hidden objects) from gamersgate and it seems to work on steam aswell.

i have never tried it on a service in the usa (unless steam is usa) so i dont know if it might cause trouble there.

the online games i play are all in europe (mostly germany).
for small transactions like music , sounds, vids and games , online gaming, i never use anything else, plus i read that paypal seems to have quite some (security) problems, so paypal will be the very last i will ever use.

????? the collection with icewind dale ? i have baldurs 1 and 2 (orginals) from it cause i already had 2 or 3 of them
so these are taken in account when you buy them?
I usually buy them seperately cause i thought there be duplicate buys if you take the bundle.
Thats a nice thing from them.

Yes, anything you already own on GoG, you don't have to rebuy. Just need to buy all those you do not have.
Hi, I'm having an issue, maybe its a bug/glitch/error:
I can't buy any games from promo pages I own every game from, example: D&D Collection. ~picture attached

Not that I can afford anything right now, I just happened to notice is all. Maybe gog blocked me from gifting?

So, is it a bug, or is this intended? Just curious, because what if someone wants to gift a bundle/collection that happen to all ready own all the games?

ps. did a quick thread search, didn't see anything related to this.

Then he clicks the green "Buy Now" button from the main GOG page.

Edit: well, that BUY NOW green button actually works, however, why can't there be a way to add them from the promo pages.
