Klumpen0815: Tales of Monkey Island
$34.99 -> $3.49
You save $31.50 (90%)

Lol, has it really ever been sold for $34.99 here?
This seems ridiculous to me.
Maybe. But $3.49 made me happy indeed.

Now I'm expecting Sam & Max Season 3.

Third stamp collected! :-) Thinking about picking up the Spiderweb RPGs bundle, but might wait (and hope for a repeat at the end) and save my money for more adventure related bundles. Please Gog, we need more adventure sale awesomeness, pretty please! :-)

Tannath: I must say, the bundles so far have not been to my liking (Mount and Blade titles were the exception, and an unexpected one at that). Pitty, there were a few series I was hoping to see (Gabriel Knight, Broken Sword, Tex Murphy, Prince of Persia, Stalker, ...)
avatar
RandomJC: My ignorance shines, Shovel Knight is on GOG?
avatar
Tannath: Indeed.
The action platformer one they just had looked pretty good. Tried Valdis and Dust. Dust is Beautiful, rhough voice acting is a lil wonky.
the spiderweb one looks pretty good too.

But you know, each their own.

I'd love to see any of those bundles even if i do have them.
Course id love a good tell tale bundle, or the rest of tell tales catalog for that matter.
Any recommendations from this set of flash deals?

Platformers are not really my thing, although I do have a few on my wishlist (Rayman series, Duke Nukem 1+2). As for the D&D and spiderweb RPG's, they are not really my cup of tea either.

jalister: I see Overlord is coming up next. GOG, you really need to get Codemasters to release Overlord 2 here. Not having it here is like getting Crusader: No Remorse and not getting Crusader: No Regret.
avatar
Phil84: This. So much this.
I see someone else appreciates these games as much as I do.

gandalfnho: Good bundles, but I already have both, waiting to see the next flashes...

Soccorro: is the coasterbundle worth it?
If you like the genre, yes, especially Rollercoaster Tycoon

I have no idea what your preferences are, but I was positively surprised by Waking Mars. I thought it was a really cool and original game, a metroidvania-like puzzle platformer about alien ecosystems, in which you don't just destroy the alien lifeforms you encounter but nurture and cultivate them. Can be relaxing, too, and I liked the two main characters (you only play one though, the other just communicates with you).

I guess Overlord and Rune are a steal at this price, too, if you like fantasy action, swordfights and plundering.
Reposting this for anybody interested.

The new dlc for The Last Federation by Arcen Games called Betrayed Hope is now on GOG.com.

Which is fair.
Would love a set of classic point and clicks now.

Thanks, I missed that. Haven't played the base game yet, but will probably pick this DLC up eventually. Might wait for a better discount though, unless I play the game sooner and have to have this expansion.
Pretty sweet to give mount and blade for free so finally I can test it.. although, are those others dlc or every one is singleplayer thing and needs nothing previous?

I'm pretty much the grab bag type, long as it's got a decent story behind it. Though i do forgo that for straight up fun.

I was thinking overlord but since high fantasy was never my genre of stories they can feel samey. Perhaps if another game pops up that i can talk myself into purchasing.

Overlord is more of a parody than a typical high fantasy game, and you're certainly no hero in this game, although I admit from what I've seen they made it a bit easier on the players to be the villain by painting the opponents bad, too (nasty little hobbits!).

I'm surprised GOG is not updating their original post on this sale.
