gamefood: How to get a giftcode of free M&B instead adding it to the own shelf???
avatar
ne_zavarj: I think you can't gift the game .
Narf. That's bad since I have the hard copy of it and a friend who would like it isn't in town :(
avatar
foxworks: Deleting the items in the cart after purchase solved the issue for me.
Yep, had that one too, and solved it the same way.
avatar
Sachys: I actually mean that after clicking the first stamp, everytime I revisit the front page, I have to click it again.
avatar
MasodikTiasma: Ok. It doesn't do that for me, I'm on Firefox, Win7.
same here. no idea whats going on as the fre M&B keeps reappearing too.

It's your dodgy net ;-)

serpantino: Friend wanted Baldur's Gate 2 whilst it was cheap as he has it elsewhere but wants it here. I offered to get it for him as I own them all but I am not getting the 80% discount. Is this a new thing as I remember you used to be able to.

foxworks: Try doing the buy now from the promo tile, this will add all the games to your cart at 80%. Then remove the games you don't want and check out. Should do the trick
That works thanks. Really dislike this new gog website.
I wish they would at least once make a sale where you buy one D&D game and get the normal discount and not the lower one. Ah, well will have to wait another year and hope for that.
This sale made my day. Applied for the free game, and I like the idea of getting the Witcher 2 and the Gamers movie. I have to collect stamps each day.

I'm going ahead and getting many of the items I had my eye on but did not have time for. I have my fingers crossed a few new releases will also pop up, I don't think they will be on sale, I just want to buy Monkey Island 2 Remake.

Thanks GOG. Love the color you added to the site on the main page.
Nice promo on the Mount & Blade series. Instant buy. Anyone know how are the chances of a Star Wars sale being in the DRM free Big Fall Sale. Since I don't see them at discount at all, it seems slim to none =/
I'm curious what kind of sale we will see for Christmas if they have such a big fall sale now?
I don't really care, since I haven't beaten the ones I already own, but it occurs to me that it would probably be a bad idea to release Disney titles you hope will do well, for full price, in the middle of a gigantic sale. So does this mean we're not getting more titles until the 25'th? Because I know at least one poster who will not be happy to hear it, if it's the case.

edit: Also, I wonder if this is basically in place of a huge Christmas sale? It would certainly make a certain degree of sense to have your big sale not directly conflict with Steam's.

So whoever wrote the fall promo page and used the word "gratuitous" a big +1000. love that word.

Probably at Christmas sale. Its only two weeks I think since Lucasarts games were released here.

MasodikTiasma: It said "update in 18h" first, and then it changed to have the same timer as today's bundles. Sooo, minor screwup, or sign of an evil corporate master-plan?
Same for me, after N hours the timer is still at 19h and the next stamps are locked.

I think you nailed it. They're way too new to GOG to be in a promo (other than their own release promo, like KOTOR and MI SE).

Me too, just fyi. Each time I log in, both Mount & Blade and the stamps are resetted.
No problem for the former, since the game has already been added to my account, but it would be sad to miss TW2 and The Gamers.
