Hi,

Is your copy of witcher 2 still available for trade? Thanks.
Last time around... thoughts on The Real Texas? I'm big into the Ultima series and this game seems to give off an Ultima vibe.

gamefood: I don't believe that, since it's a little Indie developer, they need the money. But on the other side an appearing as a Flash would spread the word and increase (logically) the sold copies. At least I assume that.
I repeat my question of a couple hours ago: Is there a Demo of Xenonauts existing? Out there? World? Solar System? Milky Way? Universe? Anywhere? :)
avatar
Splatsch: As far as I know, there is a demo (on their kickstarter page), but it was an alpha version, and isn't at all representating of all the work that has been made since (I would say it is now a "bad quality" demo). There will be a new one when the game will be in final version (the final patche is coming soon ! It should be there this month or next). If you can, take a look at gameplay videos.
The game is really good for me and I'm enjoying it A LOT (but I stopped playing it, waiting for the final version). I was hesitating (it's quite an amount of money for me), but at 30% off, I don't regret it at all, it is worth his price (but it's only my opinion). And the community adds lots of maps and mods :)

And sales (I'm talking of big discounts) aren't always a good thing for indy developpers (but it's only my opinion too ^^").
Oh thanks a lot for the info, I didn't know that the game isn't in the final version. Then I will wait for the final patch and check the devs site consistently. *bookmarked*
Still waiting for Mark of the ninja, and Din Curse... still don,t loosing hope.

I only played a little and it did feel like Ultima with some quirky humor. Love the sound track...

Edit - just been playing The Cat Lady (on the last chapter).. If anyone enjoy's weird, artsy, adventure/visual novel's ... big thumbs up. Doubt I would play i twice, but a good 9 hrs so far (i tend to take my time with these games).

You're welcome :)
In fact, the game is finished (I'm not sure I was precise enough in my explanations ^^") : but it will be the last patch "adding" content (the studio will move on 2 totally new another games after this).
If you want more explanations about this final patch, you can go here (where all is explained, and they talk about the demo too)
and here for updated informations.
It will be great when they'll have an up to date demo :) It really helps when you're interested by a game.

Ahhh I seeee, a content patch! :) Wow, that's not self-evident nowadays for developers/publishers. That were glory times when there was a demo for almost EVERY game (at least MUCH more than today) and one could try if it runs on the machine or if it's fun. And now? All this always-on crap, no reselling, no demos, account-binding with Steam & Co. and bullshit majors in general ( *waving in direction of Ubisoft, EA and Codemasters)...
Have to stop here, I get bad mood thinking of these things ;)

Okay I'll check it and thanks once again! *+1 for the info-service :)*

It's a pleasure :)
Hey guys, is Disciple1 worth if I already own the second?
Also, another user is suggesting BlazBlue.. should I take it or just wait for the sequels?

Just started MouseCraft at it's excellent. The aesthetics are super, and the game is very well made. The puzzles (beyond the first few learn-how-things-work levels) are satisfyingly tricky and not repetitive.

I also tried the speedrun included DLC for QUBE. It sucks. I would have much preferred more puzzles. QUBE itself is still a lot of fun, but don't expect any satisfaction out of the DLC unless you enjoy repeating the same trivial level umpteen times, hoping you manage that one jump more perfectly with each attempt. Granted, I didn't bother beyond two of the 10 DLC levels, but they were annoying and puzzleless.

Here's my earlier comment on the other games in the puzzle bundle (which should reappear at the end of the sale):

I've played 4 of the 5 games (3 completely), and can happily recommend the bundle.
