What? This again? I heard something like that a few months ago... Why don't you do a petition to change the format of the elections? It is not the first time you talk about "winning the popular vote". Or why don't you make a petition to allow third parties into the television debates? That would make more sense to me.

How would you feel if Clinton won the elections, and then Trump bribed the representatives to vote his way? You can't change the rules of the game just because you don't like how it is going.
