Someone was pointing out that it doesn't matter how many votes a game gets on the wishlist if GOG hasn't signed the publisher so, as the writer of This List I decided I was probably in a better position than most to look through the wish list and pick out the top 10 voted games that actually seem like they have a chance of appearing:

1 The Curse of Monkey Island (Disney)
2 Full Throttle (Disney)
3 Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines (Activision)
4 Black and White (EA)
5 Maniac Mansion 2 - Day of the Tentacle (Disney)
5 Final Fantacy VII (Sqaure Enix)
7 Black and White 2 (EA)
8 American McGee's Alice (EA)
9 Final Fantacy VIII (Square Enix)
10 Torchlight 2 (Runic Games)
__________________________________________________________________________________________

11 Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen (Sqaure Enix / Activision)
12 Hexen (Zenimax / id)
13 SWAT 4 (Sierra - Activision)
14 Command and Conquer: Red Alert (EA)
15 Mass Effect (EA)
16 Fallout 3 (Zenimax / Bethesda)
17 Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 (EA)
18 Sim City 3000 (Maxis - EA)
19 Jazz Jackrabbit (Epic)
20 Command and Conquer (EA)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------

21 Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Zenimax / Bethesda)
22 The Neverhood (DreamWorks - EA)
23 Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth (Zenimax / Bethesda)
24 Fallout: New Vegas
25 Escape From Monkey Island (Disney)
25 Dragon Age: Origins (EA)
26 Jazz Jackrabbit 2 (Epic)

Changes

2013-11-12 GOG released Wasteland (EA - inXile)
2014-10-28 GOG signed Disney making all the LucasArts games 'likely'
2015-01-20 GOG release Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords (Disney) and Star Wars: X-Wing Vs. TIE Fighter (Disney)
2015-01-26 GOG released the Remastered version of Grim Fandango from Double Fine and closed the wish (a new wishlist entry for the original version can be found here)
2015-01-27 GOG released Star Wars: Jedi Knigt - Dark Forces II (Disney)
2015-03-19 GOG released Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge - Special Edition (Disney) and I therefore no longer consider the regular Monkey Island 2: Le Chuck's Revenge (Disney) a likely addition
2015-04-28 GOG released both Star Wars: Jedi Knight II - Jedi Outcast and Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy today
2015-08-26 Zenimax comes to GOG making id and Bethesda titles 'likely' for the first time - Fallout 3, Quake 2 and Hexen join the table!
2015-10-01 GOG released Quake 2 (Zenimax / Bethesda) removing it from 20th today

NB I didn't include:

Diablo, Diablo 2, Starcraft, Warcraft and Warcraft II - Activision deal seems to exclude Blizzard (No Blizzard games are on Steam either)
No One Lives Forever - Here's a video were Activision state that can't find the old Fox/Vivendi Rights
Aliens Vs. Predator 2, even though the 1st one is on GOG this was developed by Monolith and Published by Activision, Monolith are closely tied with WB these days and the Aliens franchise is with Sega so it looks a mess
Chrono Trigger - No PC version as far as I can tell?
Torment: Tides of Numenera - Not realesed yet
Command & Conquer: The Ultimate Collection - When you add a new wish, one of the 2 rules is "One title only - don’t mention series, expansions or packs" so, as a pack, this should never have been added to the wish list!
Resident Evil 1+2+3 Should Capcom titles be considered 'likely' to be added as there's a Street Fighter title on here? Not sure - I'm copping out and disqualifying it for being a wish for more than one game at once
Star Trek: Armada and Star Trek: Armada II GOG has brought some Interplay published Star Trek games to GOG but these were published by Activision

Good list. A few months ago I would have said that you are nuts for including FFVII/VIII as SE were not letting ANYONE else sell them. However now VII is on Steam I would call it possible.

In my opinion the most nuts ones are Blood Omen - because if the rights to that one weren't borked it would have turned up by now and the 2 Black and White games because even though they were published by EA the were developed by Lion Head and MS owns them, or Peter Molyneux's soul or something

The most sensible ones are Torchlight 2 and Wasteland which we are promised will turn up with the re-boot!
The EA stuff is FAR more likely than anything else. Runic is pretty much all Steam (I think I saw something about Workshop mods being only compatible with Steamworks titles)

Fever_Discordia: No One Lives Forever - Here's a video were Activision state that can't find the old Fox/Vivendi Rights
... Can't find 'em? How does that work? They spilled coffee on some important papers?

( By the way, it's Square. And Baldur's Gate. Sorry to go all Grammar Nazi on you, but what can I say -- it's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it, right? :P )
Surely it's only a matter of time before Torchlight 2 is here. I'm hopeful about Wasteland as well :)
Wasteland's been confirmed by inXile (as well as Wasteland 2 when it comes out); on the other hand, I have an idea that Blood Omen isn't here when the other games in the series are because the rights somehow became more complicated then "Sqaure Enix / Activision"
Here's some more contribution, if that helps:

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines (Activision)

Final Fantasy VII (Square Enix)

Black & White 1&2 (EA, but maybe now that Lionhead is part of Microsoft the rights are with them; either that or compatibility issues)

Wasteland (EA; currently coming, right? Hopefully you get Fountain of Dreams with it, despite FoD's reputation)

American McGee's Alice (EA, but they probably want to keep it on Origin exclusively right now)

Final Fantasy VIII (Squeenix)

Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (Squeenix)

Torchlight 2 (Runic Games; maybe they don't want a DRM-free release outside of their shop, or something?)

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games (If GSC Game World or Nordic now owns the full rights from THQ [I'm not quite sure who bought the rights], I'd assume we could see these show up eventually!)

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 1&2, Ultimate Collection, Tiberian Sun, etc. (EA, but presumably want to keep it exclusive to Origin; some of this is on Steam, though, right?)

Jazz Jackrabbit (Epic Games; don't know if they're willing to release anymore games here or not, or maybe GoD/Take 2 has the rights now since Jazz 2 was published through them?)

SimCity 3000 (EA)

Wasteland 2 - could it be marked as in-progress?

The Neverhood (EA; I think Doug TenNapel owns the trademark, and compatibility may be an issue; hopefully something can happen before Armikrog. is released.)

Dreamfall Chapters - could GOG convince Red Thread for a release?

Carmageddon 2 (Stainless Games; I "acquired" this game last year and it ran reasonably well with nGlide, but there were some graphical glitches, the main menu had a problem, and the music didn't play. Hopefully the staff could add value by fixing these. Perhaps there's some licensing issues with the music?)

Theme Park (EA; I heard that this game was having scaling issues, unable to go past 320x240, and that was the reason it was being held back.)

Wing Commander V: Prophecy, Armada (EA, and on their way in the coming months, right?)

Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord and Wizardry 1 - 5 in general -
I assume there are some legal issues, but hopefully we'll see these 5 appear in a 5.99 bundle eventually.

SWAT 4 (Vivendi, Sierra/Activision; licensing or compatibility issues holding this back? We have SWAT 3 here, although it does appear to be missing an expansion)

Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3

Worms Armageddon (Team 17; I really hope you're able to talk them down to 9.99)

Empires: Dawn of the Modern World (Activision, afaik)

Myst III: Exile (Ubisoft, and developed by Presto Studios; I've heard there are funky legal complexities, which is odd. Wikipedia makes it seem like it's all on Ubisoft. [Maybe Ubisoft owns the Myst name while Presto owns the game content?] If Presto is involved, hopefully you can get this sorted out since both Ubi and Presto are on GOG. *Checks GOG* Wait, Cyan owns the Myst rights now? I'm out. :P)

Soldier Of Fortune 1 & 2 (Activision; I thought maybe we'd be seeing this appear as one of the Instagram'd hints - "action game full of gore" but somebody suggested this would probably never see a re-release as there were issues with the magazine of the same name. "A MMOFPS based on the series, Soldier of Fortune Online was published in Korea by Dragonfly and went in Closed Beta on August 12, 2010 and ended on August 16, 2010" - Wikipedia)

Call of Cthulhu: Shadow of the Comet & Prisoner Of Ice (Infogrames/Atari; I tried doing some research on this, but don't remember exactly remember what I turned up at the moment. :P I'm guessing maybe there's some trademark problem with basing this on Lovecraft's content, but I also wonder if his stuff was actually copyrighted way back when. Or maybe 2K owns the rights to the phrase "Call of Cthulhu" a la Dark Corners?)

The Sims Complete Collection (EA; of course bricks will be shat if this is released, and I assume EA wants to focus people's attention on Origin for Sims games. $20 or 30 seems like a good price for everything [assuming all 7 expansion packs have substantial content], although used ones are going for 12 bucks on Amazon)

The Legend of Kyrandia 2 & 3 (EA; they'll come soon)

Myst IV: Revelation (similar problems with Myst III, I assume; perhaps Ubisoft owns some of the content but Cyan owns the Myst trademark or something, still pretty nuts. :P)

Albion (Blue Byte, Ubisoft; Oh GOG, where is this game? ;) At least I'm not sure what's holding it back.)

Battlezone 1 & 2 (Activision originally, although it appears Rebellion now owns the rights; I guess the original was released as freeware at one point, but if it and 2 could be bundled in a release, that would be sweet. I'm not sure if nGlide could be used or not, though.)

Simcity 4 (EA; maybe once we get 3000 we'll see this appear. The base game is over 10 years old by now, astonishingly [to me])

The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime (Presto; I haven't seen any updates on the tweaking of a remake of the original in a while, sadly!)

Sid Meier's SimGolf (Firaxis and EA; we saw this combo appear for Alpha Centauri, so I assume this can show up unless compatibility issues are holding it back!)

Transport Tycoon Deluxe (http://www.origin8.com/ - one of Chris Sawyer's companies, I guess? - is developing an iOS version of this, so I sent a message asking about the DOS original. I'm not sure GOG should bother with this since OpenTTD is available, but it's high up on the wishlist.)

War For the Overworld (https://wftogame.com/ - since we have the Dungeon Keeper games here I think this really deserves to be here, more than just on Steam.)

Sim City (original) (EA of course; probably no point releasing this if 2000 is here, but it might be nice to at least have this appear for the people who want to buy it. Maybe it could come as a freebie or simply be added on to the Simcity 2000 package for free? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SimCity_(1989_video_game) - it's probably not important given that the source was released, but still - might be nice to see it here. :)

Turok: Dinosaur Hunter (Perhaps with Valiant comics here, we could see Turok appear also?)

Bastion (Supergiant Games; I'd think we could see this show up pretty easily.)
Final Fantasy VII was also recently updated with improved music as well

So there is a high chance we will see it here eventually

tfishell: American McGee's Alice (EA, but they probably want to keep it on Origin exclusively right now)
Origin only has the sequel - Alice: Madness Returns, the mad thing is (other than the madness returning) that Origin had the original as a pre-order bonus for the sequel but its not included with the sequel now and not for sale by itself!

Origin also had the original Populous as part of the Humble Origin bundle but you have never been able to buy it from there... (of course Populous is on GOG, still seems strange though)

Maybe it was the GOG configuration people bought from the bundle. That is odd, admittedly, but it's still kind of nice that people have to come here for their EA classics.
Had a look at this today as Damien updated his charts recently too
Final Fantacy VIII has now overtaken American McGee's Alice

That was the only change, as far as I could tell...

Alas the Girlfriend Construction Kit continues to wallow in the mire.
Wasteland Released!

After skipping Command & Conquer: The Ultimate Collection on the grounds that a pack shouldn't have been added to the wish list in the first place, Sim City 3000 now enters the list in 10th spot!
