Recently started playing again and i have found that from early on in the game my hoods say they run out of time collecting protection money. This happens if I send 10 hoods to extort a small area,or when i send them out with time left over and when they have cars available to them. It also happens if i send out 2 groups to collect half each. Is there any way to change this or is this just part and parcel of the game?Any help will be welcomed.

Basically you need a leader with good organisational skills and 1 car per group also some areas maybe small but if they are commercial areas then theres a lot of buildings on one block. Assign your hoods a area and put their job on repeat saves the hassle.
