The game is playable on Windows 10 (and ofc on 11). If you wish to get a smoother experience, follow this guide and apply this patch.

PS: the rule of thumb is... if it runs on Windows 7, it will "work" on 10/11 (sometimes with the help of dgvoodo to fix every graphical glitch)
