I have seen the other thread about this game crashing and my problem is different. I do not get an error message and instead the game crashes immediately upon starting and the only prompt that I receive is "Full Throttled Remastered has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to this problem."Nothing seems to be working to fix this issue.

I get exactly the same thing. I've tried all the things the support page said. No joy :(
I have the same problem.
I also got the crash on startup with the message that the game has stopped working.

What "fixed" it for me was to roll back the Geforce Driver for my GTX 970. The game crashes with any of the latest drivers installed (381.65 and .89), but with the 378.92 driver from March 20, the game starts and works fine (beyond some slowdown in the driving combat scenes).

I got exactly the same problem with the Planescape Torment EE too. Here the game actually worked upon release, but the crashing started just after I got the Win10 Creators Update and the related Geforce graphics driver. The driver rollback worked there too, though.

Seems like a few games don't play nice with the combination of the WIn10 Creators Update and recent NVIDIA drivers, at least on my GSYNC setup.
yep. crashes here too, but without any messages. just shows the burning skull and quits. :(

p.s. ok just ran it manually via throttle.exe (not thru gog galaxy) and it worked.

My game won't even show anything. Throttle.exe shows up in Task Manager for a second, and crashes without any visible errors. Window or fullscreen doesn't even pop up, the icon flashes for a 0.01 seconds on the task bar, that's it.
Any solutions to this game not launching? I have Win 10 incase that applies at all.

Whenever I try to launch it via GOG Galaxy all that happens is the green "Play" button turns grey for about a second and then goes green again. That's it.
No window of any kind ever even tries to open. Nothing shows as ever loading in task manager. Just nothing.

I went directly to the folder and tried to launch with both the "Launch Full Throttle Remastered" shortcut and the "Throttle.exe" and neither of them worked. Only indication that WIndows even noticed I double-clicked either of them is that I get a single frame of that spinning blue circle near my mouse pointer. That's it. No windows open, nothing in task manager, nothing at all.

So... anyone found a solution to this?

Same problem. I've tried all the things the support page said too. Also reinstalled graphical drivers. Tried to launch via throttle.exe (compatibility mode, as administrator, etcetera). No crash reports or warnings.

No luck either.
Running Windows 10 Pro.
Same problem here. I launch the game, and it crashes immediately, giving a BEX problem event name. Of course, I am running Windows 7 (64 bit). But it looks like this has the same problem, regardless what version of Windows you have. Any luck?

No luck on my end.

Tried various stuff. Updating / downgrading drivers, compatibility modes, administrator, etc.

Its been pretty impossible to troubleshoot without there being any information what-so-ever being provided to me.

At this point I'm just planning to wait a bit and see if more people report the issue as the free giveaway goes on longer. After that I'll likely contact support and hope for some kind of result.
Getting the same issue. Pretty disappointing.
In my case I found a (not ideal) solution... My setup consists of a Dell XPS13 laptop, Dell D3100 Docking Station and a Dell U2515H monitor. The laptop is connected to the docking station. The docking station connects to the monitor. Normally I only use the monitor, and disable the screen from my laptop.
Simpy unplugging the laptop from the docking station, and using only the laptop, did the job for me. Current resolution is 1920x1680. Trying to use different resolutions on the stand-alone monitor hasn't fixed it for me. Ideally I play on the big screen, but using different drivers, updating docking software and trying different resolutions still hasn't fixed it.

Maybe this answer helps for some other users too.
