Every time i close the game, my achievements are gone. This mean every time i need to complete quest to have the ships.
Any suggest?

What system are you playing on? I assume you're always playing as the same user?

All of the achievements should be saved in a file called ae_prof.sav in the FasterThanLight directory in your user games area. On Windows XP this would be "Documents and Settings\<YourUserName>\My Documents\My Games\" (similar for other Windows OS).

If this file does not exist, or if the FasterThanLight directory does not exist, then for some reason FTL might not be able to write to that directory.

If all else fails, uninstall the game and reinstall it and see if that fixes things...
