Hello! After playing through the new scenario a few times, I decided to try my hand at a generatorless "The Rifts" game with settlements, however, there doesn't seem to be any option to start without a generator anymore?

Check to see if you disabled the DLC by accident in Galaxy. The option is still there for me and compatible with settlements.
