I never got to play this game the first time round, always wondered what it would be like though. As a massive fan of sci fi and both the original and new Battlestar series, this is the closest I have come to playing the experience of flying a star fighter.
The graphics have aged well, and the gameplay is just shockingly addictive. Its a real buzz when you are flying over a massive capital ship following another fighter, then doing the classic ¨flying through the explosion¨ as your enemy disintegrates.
Absolutely fantastic, they just don't make games like this anymore!!
