I achieved a monastery with a dorm (and its door) and I've unemployed men but nobody is coming to work inside. I cannot make any herbs or honey.
Please help.

For me, if they do not concede, I sign off, then back on and I am able to concede them. Wait a few seconds and they will assign themselves to the Apiary or the Herb Garden. I have never seen my Monks. They do not walk around like the other people, they just seem to work all time. They get unhappy after time but they never leave. Like you, I have had women to move in, taking up space that I need for my Monks, then I have to build another dorm. Monastery is a pain in the butt, hope they improve this.
