Alpha 1.0.13.0222 is live!

Changes
fix: OpenGL operation error during loading for a few frame
fix: rare crash in monument preview rendering
fix: disable autosave in main menu (woops!)
add a command line argument to help the dev team to debug some player crashes related to OpenGL: `-gldebug`

It does seem to eventually update as well as seeming not to update over the weekend. So, this doesn't seem to be a developer issue.
