It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Every time Eye of the Beholder is launched it has you pick the graphics, sounds, and if you use mouse.
Is there a way to make it pick the same thing every time? Something that can be added to the autoexec part of the config, or some command line argument?

I've tried searching the forums and google, and I fail at finding a solution.

I'm afraid there is none, at least not out of the box. start1.exe doesn't seem to process any command line parameters, nor is there any persistent storage of the configuration. You could try quirky things like mapping keys pressed for configuration to a single key (using 3rd party software) to speed up the process, but I guess it's better to live with pressing: any key, 4, 1, Y ;-)

Using another program to macro the button presses is a bit outside of what I was hoping for, yes.

So for now I'll just mark the above as the solution since I have doubts about one appearing.
So be it if I'm impatient.
