I am having trouble setting up my audio settings for Menzoberranzan. When I launch the game I enter the audio settings and attempt to setup Soundblaster 16 ASP.

However when I try to install it I get a message saying that it could not be installed and my sound defaults to the internal PC sound card.

I don't get any of the voice over during the character creation cut scenes. Is this normal?

Choose option D "Sound Blaster Pro I" instead. It will then work and you will have sound and voice.
