Every time I start the game I need to set the graphics, sound and mouse..
Is there a way to bypass it to work automatically

You'll need to start EOB.EXE with these parameters:
3 1 1 homie

E.g. "eob 3 1 1 homie", without quotes. You can add this to Dosbox's config file for this game.

Yeap, don't try that one; I just did and SWAT kicked down my door. I don't recommend.

LOL! I'm glad you said this. I had no idea that was actual parameter code. I thought, "Sheesh, they're being really rude to this guy."
