Howdy,

For anyone using the ASE I have a more or less basic question I just can't seemed to figure out.

How can you make the main game window and the map window the same size on your screen? I have fooled around with the settings but just can't get them to agree. I just would really love to eliminate being able to see the desktop, since it's full of shortcuts (bad habit I guess).

I have seen this done on Let's Plays but never has it been addressed as to how they made it work.

My native resolution is 1920 x 1080 (not available in the options) but seems to look the best at 1152 x 864 but of course still has a big open portion at the bottom.

Hope all this made sense! Thanks for any tips or tricks.

Enjoying the old game, Thanks GOG! Sure can see where some of the inspiration for Grimrock came from.
Yeah, well, Grimrock is basically Dungeon Master blended with EOB1 and 2 (and the first two EOBs were already very similar to Dungeon Master)

No clue how to do what you say. I am fine with the floating window myself...

I always found that Dungeon Master had way more teleporter and pressure plate puzzles that EOB1 and 2. Legend of Grimrock seems to be following the Dungeon Master way of things.

I have it running ASPECT RATIO OFF
DOUBLE BUFFERING
NORMAL 3X
Window Resolution 1360 x 768
still a bit of empty screen at the bottom but no waste side to side.
