stuck on level 4 bottom right of map. All exits are closed due to pressure plates. Spider hallways are not connect to the rest of the level. since this is crazily a one save game am I going to have to start the game all over again to get out of this situation?

One door has a keyhole. There is a dwarven key in that spider area and you need to find it.
