Does anyone know if the draw distance can be increased (already maxed out in the settings)? I constantly see objects being drawn right in front of me.

Pop-in makes the game look far worse than it actually does, as far as I remember the sequel doesn't suffer from this.
If you're talking about the first one, take a look in this folder "C:\GOG Games\FlatOut\data\settings" and especially at this file : "lods.ini". May be it is what you're looking for, but I can't guarantee since I haven't tried to modify it myself :P

Can you try editing that file? I changed the values several times, but had no success.
There's also plants.ini in the same folder, but the file is quite unambiguous.
