FlatOut2 (version 2.1.0.9) machines do not connect when setting up a LAN game running on Windows 8.1.
I see traffic between the machines using Wireshark and disabled any firewalls. There are no routers involved.
On Windows 7 this used to work.
Is this broken or am I missing something?
