I just bougth Fallout and I'm currently downloading the game. In the meantime I was browsing the site when I saw this http://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/uncensored_versions_of_games where they says the game was censored by GOG and it feels "incomplete".

Can anyone elaborate a little bit more on the subject? What parts or features were "censored"?

Best is to ask the question again in the Fallout subforum, or better yet look for threads that cover your question if any.

Since you are talking about Fallout (1):
Yes, it's the UK version where the children are invisible which renders some quests unsolvable.
