This game was running perfectly on Windows 764 bit but then I upgraded today to Windows 10 (I know, I know - early adoption - should really wait for the first service pack) and now Final Lib.... doesn't work so well. Nothing specific really - it launches most of the time with the occasional lock-up at the SSI logo, I can start missions etc but I am getting lots of random lock-ups during missions as well as the game not exiting properly (seems to lock the screen up and not respond to being closed)

Anyone else got this running on Win 10? Any specific settings I can tweak?

Just bought the game. Sadly it craches after the SSI Logo. Should`ve waited with The Windows 10 upgrade. :|

Yeah, same here. Also have Chaos Gate and that doesn't work at all now. I had both games running fine previously under Win 7 :(

Actually, I've got a laptop running 8.1 that has the video crash problem. But my desktop running Windows 10 runs the game like a champ. Both machines are 64-bit.

No trouble getting Final Liberation running here.

That's under a Windows 7 & Windows 10 Pro machine..


The game suffers from the laggy movement/range overlay issue in both cases =\

I updated from windows 8.1 to windows 10 today and it works about the same.

1. Seems to run a bit slower. There is some lag everywhere.

2. The freeze when showing movement and firing range is not as severe but It's still there.

Same crash after SSI logo on windows 10.

Just to add to the list of disgruntled customers.

Did it run alright on 8.1? I'm asking because I'm refusing to install 10 as long as possible.
