Anyone else have a problem when running FEAR with G-SYNC enabled?

Basically, the performance is shot to death - unplayable jerking - but it's fine when you turn off G-SYNC. I assume this is an issue with the Lithtech engine?

Thanks for the heads up I plan to get a G-sync screen. Assuming it has a high frame raterate I'd suggest creating a profile for the game in Nvidia CP for G-sync to be disabled. I doubt you'll need it for a game like Fear anyway. Let me know how it looks in slow motion though :P

In danger of going off-topic, but it's my own one so I'm sure that's okay!

I'm very pleased with my G-sync screen; it's a noticeable difference when you're running between 30-60fps and I've found that I suffer fewer headaches from screen usage since getting one.

What I haven't been able to find is a list of games that have issues with G-sync; it's mainly older games that I have come across so far (e.g. Civ 4; you get some flickering when the diplomacy screens are loading - apparently this is due to the fps falling to zero in these parts. Starlancer refuses to load while G-sync is on, but given it's massive compatibility issues on any system, I'll forgive it this!) Perhaps I should start to compile one!
Update: Geforce driver 361.75 appears to have fixed G-Sync in FEAR and FEAR 2 on my machine.

Using 361.91

I'm having issues. It starts off good and then it locks at 60. Any ideas?

I'm not sure; mine has been fine (I've been using Nvidia Geforce Experience to check frame rates).

Have you set your refresh rate in the fear config to be more than 60?

Might have to do that. I don't use gforce experience though.

The refresh rate thing is in the actual Fear in game settings; it's possible if you have it set to 60 in that it might interfere with the g-sync.
