Ghostbreed: Co-Op is kind of broken. Me and a friend tried it out a couple of months back via Steam.
He decided to play as Point Man, so I played as Paxton Fettel.
Fettel was OP, way too OP. While my friend fell on knees over and over so that I had to revive him.
The single player portion is really good though and totally worth a replay with Paxton Fettel once you've unlocked all the levels for him. You even get a different ending by doing so.
Fettel IS gamebreaking and legal cheat in hands of second player because require less experience, have easy to get challenges and second chance when body expires, also if Fettel decide play against/not co-op Point Man who needs more effort and slowmo to get more points you are good as dead, forget about Favorite Son rank. There are couple of team challenges but whole co-op is built around idea that players will steal their points and kills for themselves before your teammate do. Other reason behind this: if you try playing rusher as Fettel you already won, but if you try this tactic as Point Man you will fail a lot forced to be revived. Some challenges are unfair as hell, couple of achievements even more so, I have all of them if you want find out why. In single player you get same story, but few areas are very hard to do as Fettel for ex. Scavengers swarn at the end of interval 7 and REV9 arena battle without slowmo. On Normal/Commando is hard, think about doing it on Insane. Whole single player campaign is very short, 7 levels, 8 if you count short boss level Ward, 8-11 hours of gameplay on Commando difficulty, 30~150 hours if you want max and discover everything+multiplayer.
