Dear GoGers...
I'm Deaf... Is there ANY way to turn the subtitles on in this game? Or a mod that allows it? It's not a game breaker as the objectives are clearly stated etc, but I would love to be able to watch the cinematics throughout the game properly.

Hi,
according to this Far Cry doesn't have subtitles...
I'm not aware of any mods to add subtitles...

Dammit.
Thanks for that bro. It pisses me off when some games just don't include subtitles. At least I can still PLAY FarCry, unlike some games where you must have the dialogue to understand the next part.

Yes, the lack of subtitles it's annoying. Subtitles are one of those things that should become industry standart for every game.

They review games and also take into account accessibility to deaf gamers. They even have a review on farcry on there.

I own 2 other copies of Far Cry in czech translation (voice+text) and there are subtitles, so I'm quite confused, why GOG has this version without this feature...

That's weird. In my version of the game, Far Cry 2: Fortune's Edition v1.03, there are subtitles. It's listed under "Game" in the options menu.
