Will I be able to fix that damn broken lock on the rear passenger door?

Its always bugs me, flies open when I stop banging when I'm driving!

That's a good question. I have no idea. GIve it a try and let us know. Save your game before hand so that you can revert to a previous save if necessary.

Is not good.

I bought the skill and with my nice new jeep wagon with 4! broken doors, the repair skill had no effect, they're all flapping in the wind!
