I've done a couple of mission for various gun sellers and managed to get my hands on some pretty nice hardware.
But suddenly every seller was gone. I know that if you have a mission going on, the sellers won't be in the stores, but I never had any missions before signing up on previous gun seller mission.

This is supposed to happen. You have to proceed in the story, unlock the next territory and sellers will be back at a certain point.
